The Weber CCS 701 was special developed for processing fresh, raw meat such as turkey, beef or pork collar steaks. It is fitted with proven Weber cutting technology, which has a circular blade system that has been optimised for cutting fresh meat. This means that both individual slices and portions can be cut quickly and safely to a high degree of precision and to exact weights. The characteristic Weber Hygiene-Design guarantees problem-free, quick cleaning, while the ergonomic touchscreen operation and program selection ensures maximum operational safety and comfort.
The Weber CCS 701 can be used in complete production lines, e. g. with packing machines, or combined with a Weber robot for automatic infeeding.
