Slicer Basic Classic Touch

Introduction to the function and operation of slicers with classic touch operation and preparation for different applications and cutting programmes.

Participants: Operators and technicians for all slicers with classic touch operation

Objective: Participants learn to prepare the machine for different applications and produce new cutting programmes. They will be instructed in the function and operation of the slicers/system components and learn to assess them independently.

Contents:

  • Structure of slicers/machine components
  • Assembly/disassembly of components
  • Cutting parameters and their functions
  • Cutting systems
  • Regulation
  • Weber weigher
  • Cleaning the system
  • Residual risks

Qualification: Certificate 1 and 3, valid for all slicers with classic touch operation
