Technical Basic Classic Touch

Introduction to the function and independent assessment of the system components.

Participants: Technicians with electronics knowledge for all slicers with classic touch operating concepts

Objective: The participants will receive an introduction to the system components and will be instructed to assess the function of the assemblies.

Contents:

  • Structure of the slicer
  • System components
  • Service menu/Programme parameters
  • PacDrive automation system
  • Data backups
  • Weber weigher
  • Troubleshooting and rectification
  • Maintenance and cleaning instructions
  • Residual risks

Qualification: Certificate 1 and 4, valid for all slicers with classic touch operating concept
