Slicer Basic Classic Touch
Participants: Operators and technicians for all slicers with classic touch operation
Objective: Participants learn to prepare the machine for different applications and produce new cutting programmes. They will be instructed in the function and operation of the slicers/system components and learn to assess them independently.
- Structure of slicers/machine components
- Assembly/disassembly of components
- Cutting parameters and their functions
- Cutting systems
- Weber weigher
- Cleaning the system
- Residual risks
Qualification: Certificate 1 and 3, valid for all slicers with classic touch operation
Duration: 3 days at Weber Academy in Breidenbach
Day 1: 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Day 2: 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Day 3: 8.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.
The total number of participants is restricted to 8 persons for each course.
