Slicer Basic Weber Power Control

Introduction to the function and operation of the slicer with Weber Power Control and preparation for different applications and cutting programmes.

Participants: Operators and technicians for all Slicer types with Weber Power Control.

Objective: Participants will learn how to prepare the machine for different applications and create new cutting programmes. They will be instructed in the function and operation of the slicers/system components and learn to assess them independently.

Contents:

  • Structure of slicers/machine components
  • Assembly/disassembly of components
  • Cutting parameters and their functions
  • Cutting systems
  • Regulation
  • Weber weigher
  • Cleaning the system
  • Residual risks

Qualification: Certificate 1 and 3, valid for CCS with Weber Power Control

Duration: 3 days in the Weber Campus in Breidenbach

Times:
Day 1: 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.
Day 2: 8.30 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.

The total number of participants is restricted to 8 persons for each course.
