In today’s business landscape, finding skilled workers is a challenge that almost every company faces. The renowned meat processing company Djurdevic in Serbia has the same problem and made it their mission to automate their production of ready-made and deli products in the best possible way. They found their perfect Weber line solution featuring a Slicer 604, a CompactLoader, an Overlapper and a wePACK 7000.
Within just a few days and with comprehensive training for their staff, Djurdevic managed to put the complete line into operation. They increased their output from 1,000 kilograms of sliced product per day to as much as 5,000 kilograms – with significantly less manpower on the line! The central loading of the slicer and the installed overlapper allows to decrease line personnel by two. Thanks to the Weber line solution, Djurdevic can continue to meet the surging demand for their sliced products quickly and maintain consistent quality, ensuring long-term customer loyalty.
