For the high-performance processing and attractive packaging of sliced products or piece goods, Weber is presenting a packaging concept consisting of the high-performance thermoforming packaging machine wePACK 7000, the new wePICK record-breaking pick robot and the weSORT 3000 belt separator. The highlight of this concept is the new wePICK – currently the fastest delta robot in its class. It guarantees maximum precision without oscillation and therefore enables a higher production volume per pick robot. This reduces investment costs and reduces the need for operating personnel – without compromising on performance.

Weber will also be presenting some impressive new products and features in the field of packaging technology, including a new, innovative film infeed system that enables the simple and ergonomic threading of a fresh bottom film, as well as the Weber SmartChange quick-change system as an innovative solution for changing the forming station and lower forming tools. Both help to reduce set-up times and increase machine availability – a real advantage, especially with frequently changing products.
