52 employees celebrate company anniversaries at Weber Maschinenbau in Breidenbach.

Weber appreciates long years of service.

Christmas time – a time characterized by traditions and gratitude. At Weber Maschinenbau, it is a tradition at this time to thank longstanding employees for their loyalty. Shareholders and management of the family-owned company therefore invited to a celebration at the Aue Event Center in Biedenkopf. In the course of this anniversary celebration, employees were honored for whom there had been no celebration in 2020 and 2021 due to Corona. They were now all honored together for their 10 or 25 years of service to the company. One jubilarian had even worked for Weber for 40 years, making him one of the first employees of the company founded in 1981.

From the hands of CEO Tobias Weber and Managing Director Hartmut Blöcher, the jubilarians received their certificates and presents. "Thank you for your loyalty and identification with our company. I am pleased that we have been on this journey together and will continue to do so," emphasized Tobias Weber in his welcoming speech, both grateful and touched. Hartmut Blöcher added that some of those present today have been following their professional path at and with Weber since their apprenticeship and recalled some personal developments of the jubilarians in the company. This maximum of professional longevity and continuity was also appreciated by Christoph Felkl, mayor of the municipality of Breidenbach: "If you look at the development of the company, it is clear that you have all contributed significantly to this success." With more than 700 employees at its headquarters in Breidenbach, Weber Maschinenbau is one of the largest employers in the region. In the field of high-performance slicing machines for food products such as sausage, ham and cheese, the company from central Hesse is the world market leader and has 23 locations in 18 nations.
