Together with you we look back on a very successful IFFA 2016. From May 7-12 we presented numerous product innovations that will enrich our portfolio to the international audience at the exhibition grounds in Frankfurt. The visitor’s feedback has been overwhelming. It makes us proud to see that our latest developments, but also our extensive range of services, gain so much recognition. This is the merit of our great team that put so much passion and creativity into their work and made this IFFA become a raving success. The result is a reward and motivation at the same time. We will constantly spot our customer’s needs and put effort into offering them tailor-made solutions and services.

Our highlights at IFFA 2016
A cornerstone of our presentation were new technologies like a trend-setting transport system which at a high degree of flexibility and with the help of several interconnected slicers can generate variety packs. All slicers as well as all other machines connected up- and downstream are decoupled through an integrated buffering functionality, ensuring continuous production. Easy-to-clean system components and as few portion transfer points as possible make for a very sophisticated hygienic concept. Additionally, the new Weber transport system premiering at IFFA is easily adaptable to all kinds of constructional circumstances and does not necessarily have to be set up in line.
One more innovation is our new slicer concept: its main assets are an extra-wide slicing throat as well as an open machine design for quick and efficient cleaning and setup. Its modest space requirements furthermore make this Weber slicer a perfectly flexible solution for countless applications. At IFFA we presented a combination including a new infeeder. Furthermore, many well-established Weber products have been enhanced in their functionality through automated components and add-ons, e.g. for an innovative approach to quality control of sliced goods.
Weber’s category of skinners has greatly and professionally augmented its expertise and competence in the field of industrial applications, and in Frankfurt we were presenting for the first time new solutions for derinding and skinning pork loin and belly – as well as for fat-removal especially for chops and loins. Only the best materials together with the greatest sophistication in their hygienic build ensure that the newest generation of our derinders maintains the high standards for which Weber machines have been known and appreciated for decades.
