Live demos showcase Weber's A-Z solutions

A series of excellent presentations in the morning already provided an inspiring warm-up to the international field of participants in the Cheese Innovation Days at Weber. This was completed by Michaela van Leeuwen of PrintCheese, based in The Netherlands, after the lunch break who demonstrated her specialty: creating individual cheese figures and shapes via 3D printer. What followed was the highly anticipated hands-on session with live demos of portioning, loading, slicing, grouping and packaging.

Several high-performance slicers of the Weber and Textor brands with the new flagship S6 leading the way plus the extraordinarily productive and reliable Weber Shuttle System in sync with modules e.g. out of the area of Food Robotics, valuable components from our trusted partners Elten, Pulsotronic and Wipotec-OCS as well as from the latest member of the Weber family, packaging specialist Schröder, showed wonderfully how Weber meets its own goal of being a successful complete-systems provider.

„We can offer our customers just the right individual and future-proof solutions all out of one hand - that is what we want to demonstrate here, and we are very proud of the fantastic feedback our guests have given us“, said Weber sales director Peter Schulz.

All guests had a chance to follow along specialized information and commentary per machine or line, courtesy of engineering, sales and service professionals of Weber. After all, next to roaming about the Weber grounds on this day with many great discoveries through selecting a dedicated audio channel for every one machine or line in action, the customers and partners of Weber always ended up receiving just the right „soundtrack“ for what they were looking at that very moment.

The crew of Weber and its partners was further available for an extended Q&A after the demos had concluded, making these Cheese Innovation Days into a true open forum for international dialogue while promoting an extremely valuable exchange of ideas from which certainly all participants at the end of the day will be able to benefit.
