May we introduce: the Weber Cheese Skinner
The powerful derinding machine for small and large pieces of cheese replaces the conventional planing by hand. The Cheese Skinner features an anti-stick coating to ensure the cheese glides smoothly over the work table. Thanks to an especially developed tension roller, the cheese is ideally pulled over the blade – for perfect separation of the rind and maximum product yield.
