This year's graduates are honoured at Weber Maschinenbau

All of the junior staff completed their apprenticeship or studies with good or very good grades, and all of this year's graduates were delighted to be offered a job and thus to be taking the next step in their professional lives. For many of the young specialists, however, the path with Weber continues: an apprentice in industrial mechanics, for example, opted for a dual course of study, and some of the bachelor's graduates continue their first degree with a dual master's course at Weber. 
Hartmut Blöcher proudly explains: "We are very pleased that our graduates have completed their apprenticeship and studies with the best results to date and will continue to work for our company. Also the decision to go with us the way further shows that Weber holds a highly-qualified training program ready and invests actively into the own new generation.“ 
After a short speech and personal congratulations by Tobias Weber, the young specialists received a stainless steel mobile phone holder with name engraving - naturally made by Weber. In addition, the management presented all graduates with an individualized voucher. The celebration ended with a cosy barbecue afternoon.
