Listening very carefully, understanding what requirements and needs are, in order to devise an individual, needs-based solution. This is how collaboration between Weber and our customers works. Or rather: true partnership. This is what has distinguished us for 40 years and has also led to success and enthusiastic customers in the last project with Fleischwerk Hessengut GmbH, a subsidiary of EDEKA Handelsgesellschaft Hessenring GmbH.

It was particularly important to the long-term Weber customer to procure the new complete line for the processing and packaging of sliced cold cuts from a single source and to automate process steps that had previously been carried out manually. In addition, the line was to be as flexible as possible. Based on all requirements and in close cooperation with Fleischwerk Hessengut, the Weber experts devised, manufactured and installed the optimum line solution. In the meantime, this solution produces appetizing sliced meats six days a week in Melsungen for regional EDEKA supermarkets. What does Hessengut have to say about the result? See for yourself!
