Weber Campus expands training program

Weber Maschinenbau strengthens customer service: Worldwide training programs for customers are a high-priority matter for the company. If you produce high tech machines you have to take care that customers are able to operate and to maintain these machines in the best possible way. In the "Weber Campus" team highly skilled trainers take care of optimal knowledge transfer.

The comprehensive training program now has been enlarged: In the food industry hygiene becomes more and more important, especially in the context of short-span preservability. Because of this Weber Campus offers further training for the effective cleaning of slicing lines.

"Well organized cleaning achieves higher product lifetime and reduces the expenditure of time and energy. Damages in consequence of cleaning mistakes as well as non-operation periods will be reduced by trained staff, too", says Kai Eisenach, head of Weber Campus.

The training principle stays comprehensive: Before the training starts, the Weber Campus team reviews the actual situation. After that the trainers arrange an individual training concept that meets the customer’s requirements.

The aim of the training is to qualify the customer for self dependent operating of his machines. In this way you can advance a sustained production volume and optimize the account.

A special service: The trainings do not only take place at the Campus in Breidenbach, but optionally also in the range of production itself - worldwide.
