Weber sponsors Promotion Price of the Meat Industry

The award honors clever ideas and ambitious dedication of young talented people of the meat industry. The award ceremony took place at the “Spirit of Meat” gala on May 7 at the exhibition grounds in Frankfurt and was one of the opening days’ highlights. The successful and happy winners were: Theresa Veh, Katharina Koch and Maximilian Spiegel. The special price for the best start-up has been awarded to “Kumpel & Keule”, a trendy butcher shop in Berlin. Mathias Dülfer, CEO, and Tobias Weber, shareholder, were representing Weber at the ceremony. “We gladly support the promotion prize of the meat industry because we are firmly convinced that only well-trained and qualified employees are able to strengthen our industry sustainably and to ensure the quality in Germany as a location for business”, stresses Mathias Dülfer. “As a global market leader in the field of high-performance Slicers, it is certain for us that we have to put the same care and attention into education and training as we do when developing our products”, adds Tobias Weber.
