All conveyor cassettes are designed to be easily removable from the machine. This allows for efficient clean-out-of-place (COP) sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and reducing downtime.
Seamless Integration with Weber OneControl
The dispenser is fully synchronized with upstream slicers and downstream components through Weber OneControl. Operators can control the machine using an optional user display or through the slicer’s existing interface, simplifying the production workflow.
Continuous Operation with Active Monitoring
The machine actively monitors the loading level of L-boards and provides a refill alert when needed. L-boards can be reloaded without stopping the machine, ensuring uninterrupted operation and increased efficiency.
