Weber weSLICE 9500 PowerCut System: Flexible and high-performance production of cheese pieces.
With the Weber Slicer weSLICE 9500 in the PowerCut System variant, Weber sets new standards in cheese processing. Instead of the slicer blade, the world first PowerCut System is installed in the shaft of the slicer. With this cutting technology, perfectly cut, even cheese pieces are produced even at high performance ranges and on up to four tracks. Provided the characteristics of the unprocessed product permit this, the entire cheese block can be cut into pieces of the correct weight through the smart interconnection of the line modules. This ensures that the unprocessed product is used up completely.
The Weber weSLICE 9500 – the flagship model when it comes to precision slicing of challenging products to the highest quality and at maximum performance – uses DirectDrive technology to deliver product accurately while also achieving uncompromising cutting quality, precise portion weights and maximum product integrity. Over and above that, the Vario technology of the weSLICE 9500, which enables track-independent product delivery, contributes to this unique level of performance while also ensuring the highest possible standards of portioning accuracy. When the Weber vacuum gripper technology is used, the product yield is increased even further, as remaining end pieces are reduced by more than half or are packaged if desired.
The Weber PowerCut System is available exclusively for the Weber slicer weSLICE 9500. Depending on the producer’s needs, the weSlice 9500 can be equipped with the Performance Slicing System instead of the PowerCut System, or as a flexible variant with both systems.
