The weSHARP 5000 sharpener ensures that your knives regain peak performance and longevity - even after a long period of use in the slicer. The weSHARP 5000 is designed for the professional reconditioning of all Weber Durablade sickle knives and guarantees precise sharpening results with minimal material removal from the knife edge.
With the weSHARP 5000, a special focus was placed on maximum user-friendliness. The new, intuitive HMI contains all relevant information about the current sharpening process and is operated entirely without text using only symbols - for simple and global comprehensibility. A precisely integrated system ensures an optimized cooling and rinsing process directly at the sharpening point. Sharpening different blade types is now even quicker and easier thanks to significantly lighter contour wheels, which can also be replaced quickly and without tools.
