Integrated Grooming Conveyor
The dispenser includes an integrated grooming conveyor. This conveyor ensures smooth handling and precise alignment of bacon portions, improving product presentation and consistency.

Automatic Lateral Alignment
To optimize the center placement of portions on the L-board, the machine features automatic lateral alignment. This ensures a professional and uniform look for all packaged portions.

Hygienic and Easy-to-Clean Design
All conveyor cassettes are designed to be easily removable from the machine. This allows for efficient clean-out-of-place (COP) sanitation, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and reducing downtime. 

Seamless Integration with Weber OneControl
The dispenser is fully synchronized with upstream slicers and downstream components through Weber OneControl. Operators can control the machine using an optional user display or through the slicer’s existing interface, simplifying the production workflow.

Continuous Operation with Active Monitoring
The machine actively monitors the loading level of L-boards and provides a refill alert when needed. L-boards can be reloaded without stopping the machine, ensuring uninterrupted operation and increased efficiency.

Dual L-Board Capability
The dispenser can handle two different types of L-boards simultaneously, providing greater flexibility for diverse packaging requirements.  

Scalable Configuration for Enhanced Performance
For higher line performance or #1 and #2 board grading, the dispenser can be combined in series with an additional WeDispense unit. This scalability makes it ideal for meeting the demands of large-scale production environments.
