Hygiene management (at the customer's premises)

Sensitisation for the importance of good cleaning and explanation of the procedure.

Target group: Shift managers, quality managers, technicians, operators, cleaning managers and cleaning staff

Learning outcomes: This training course sensitises participants to the urgency of good cleaning. They will learn the procedure from disassembly of the slicers/system components up to the right application of the cleaning agents and disinfectants approved by WEBER. Determination of cleaning intervals depending on machine types and customer products.

A clean slicer system must be available to hold the training course. Based on experience, it must be cleaned again afterwards.
