"Passionate employees who are experts in their field have always been key to our success."

Weber strengthens corporate management team to meet the challenges of the future.

Focusing on a customer-oriented corporate organization, Weber Maschinenbau is driving global growth, continuously expanding its own product portfolio, and steadily enhancing its service and after-sales services. The company thus responds to customers’ demands for complete solutions and a single contact person for all matters. Rising sales figures prove that this approach meets the requirements and needs of the market, leading to increased and new demands on production within the company. These developments involve increasingly complex corporate processes, including the associated digitalization, which require a strong and powerful corporate setup. Weber has therefore decided to expand and restructure its management to be fit for future challenges.
